  • Manage legal documents matter, earnest money matter, agreement(s), agreement to sell matter, documentation matter, registration of property matters.
  • Manage all sort of correspondence with concerned departments, authorities, builders, clients and other vendors whenever is required.
  • Manage clients regarding status of property, title of property, POA, Freehold, Conveyance Deed, Gift Deed, Stamp Duty, stamp papers matters etc.
  • Manage & Monitor the performance of whole team.
  • Manage Plan and direct the purchase, sale, and development of real estate properties on behalf of businesses and investors.
  • Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the property.
  • Negotiate the sale of, or terminate the lease on, such properties.

  • Handle the process of preperation of a draft of property sale, purchase, renting out documents subject to satisfaction of clients included buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, POA holder or any legal heirs etc.
  • handle the calculation of stamp duty as per property, property area, gender of buyer etc.
  • Handle the arrangement process of Stamp Duty Paper on the behalf of buyer, seller, tenant, landlord and legal heirs.
  • Handle the arrangements of the court where the execution of registration of sale / purchase / renting out of property will be held. .
  • Handle the arrangements of the handover process of the property documents after the registration done in the court / authority.
